The college is sponsored by Sindhi Seva Samiti, a philanthropic organisation, set up by a group of enlightened Sindhis of Bangalore. Presently, the Samiti consists of about 350 members. The Sindhian spirit reputed for its business acumen, entrepreneurial skills & dynamism has lent its predilection to the cause of spreading education.

There are separate Management Committees for the schools and the college. A 15 member Board of Management, elected from out of the General Body, provides the direction for the overall activities of the college. The members of the Management Body of the college are listed below:
